In this 8-hour Masterclass, Maestro Danilo Angè will explore various applications of finger food, from appetizers to “standing” dinners, catering solutions, events, and banquets.
You will see recipes that enhance finger food in all its facets, even as a complete restaurant dish.

Instructor:
Danilo Angé
Born in Milan in 1966, I completed my studies at I.P.A.S. “Amerigo Vespucci” in the same city. Starting my professional career, I gained experience working in various Milanese restaurants and hotels. Alongside my main activity, I have cultivated a series of interests, collaborating with cooking schools, hotel institutes, catering equipment companies, and specialized magazines. My television presence includes frequent appearances on the program "La Vecchia Fattoria" (formerly known as "Verdemattina") on RAI as a guest cooking consultant and a four-year weekly participation in the program "La prova del cuoco". I have been involved in local television broadcasts and participated in a program on "Il Gambero Rosso". For the satellite TV Class Life, I prepared a dinner for an episode of "Sapori e Profumi" dedicated to whisky. In 2016, I appeared on RaiUno in the program "Uno Mattina" with the column "Pillole di gusto", in collaboration with nutritionist Evelina Flachi. I have participated in renowned international culinary competitions and much more.
